We'll create a custom box with everything you need for your party, shower, or dinner party, saving you all the hassle of running errands! Custom boxes include everything from tablescapes, to balloon garlands, to lighting, favors, and more.

Our $40 design fee is required to start your custom box profile. This fee includes a 20 minute consultation, to review your celebration details and needs and is applied to your final total.

The process:

Spend a few minutes with us sharing your key details.
A member of our design team will contact you to review your details
We will send you over a proposal to review and approve your custom box contents
An invoice will be sent, minus the $40 design fee. Let us work to bring your vision right to your doorstep!

Custom Boxes start as low as $120 (dependent on guest count). Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks notice before your event to ensure enough time for processing.

RETURN POLICY

Please email info@momentsbymims.com to initiate a return within 5 Business Days of Receipt. Include your order number and details of which items you’d like to return. All returns must be authorized before shipping your item back to us. Please note the following:

•Due to the nature of the products -plates, glasses, and utensils cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

•Approved item(s) must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging.

•Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. This also applies for orders that received free shipping if the order is returned.

•Please allow up to 2 weeks after the merchandise is received for your refund to be processed.

INCORRECT/MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS

Please email info@momentsbymims.com to report any incorrect, missing, or damaged items within 5 business days of receipt.

If there is an error with your order at the fault of Moments by Mims and the incorrect item is sent, the incorrect item will be replaced with the correct item originally ordered or a refund will be processed.

If an order arrives damaged, please keep all the contents of the package in place and take photo(s) of the damaged parcel in order to file a claim. All returns must be authorized before shipping your item back to us. Please include your order number, photo(s) and any details in your email.
